The two young plumbers were both courteous and polite. They explained what they were going to do and the price. Everything was spelled out for me so that there would not be any surprises. They even sang your jingle for me.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Your plumbing technician was extremely thorough and cleaned up everything after unclogging my shower drain. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Keep up the excellent work.

Most of the time I do not do surveys, but this time I really have to. The plumber that came out to the house to fix our toilet was so very nice, even though it was late at night and very cold. He still acted like he had all the time in the world to make sure we were 110% happy.

The plumbing technician did an excellent job. He said he had over 20 years experience which gave us confidence that he would do the job right. He answered all the questions we asked and cleared our main sewer line. We are no longer having any problems!

Our service person, was very knowledgeable of the problem, was quick to fix our kitchen sink and was very pleasant. We've used Roto-Rooter in the past and will use them again.
